Similar Objects // Terminal Dogma
From Manila in the Philippines comes Similar Objects, who make elegent ambient beats and small sound scapes. This track Terminal Dogma is my favourite track from their recently released digital full length via Number Line. It begins with a delicate reverb drenched guitar sample which is soon accompanied by a smooth bed of bass and tropical beat. Soon enough a beautiful female vocal sample is introduced which appears to be reversed. Be prepared for a slightly annoying computerised lecture towards the end of the piece. [photo]
